Welcome 

I'm Aimee, a British Cognitive Behavioural Therapist offering english speaking therapy in Madrid, Spain and on-line internationally.

Do the same patterns keep repeating, leaving you stuck and unsure how to move forward?
Are you constantly criticising yourself and carrying the weight of never measuring up?

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling this way. Therapy can offer a supportive, non-judgemental space to understand what’s happening for you and begin to create meaningful change.

I offer both in-person sessions and secure online therapy, so we can choose the format that feels most supportive for you.

In our sessions, we will work together to understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and to develop new ways of relating to yourself — with compassion, curiosity, and at a pace that feels manageable.

I’m a registered CBT therapist with over five years’ experience, working with adults facing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties.
