Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
In our time together Aimee enabled me to discover some of the unhelpful beliefs I held about myself and gave me the space to develop a greater narrative of self-worth and belief. Having never done any form of consistent therapy before the prospect of doing CBT was daunting but I found the exercises Aimee provided as well as our conversations equally challenging and soothing. I feel as though, through doing therapy with Aimee, I have not only confronted some of the unconstructive thoughts I tell myself but have been given the skillset to reflect on my actions and modes of thinking everyday making me feel more open and fundamentally happier. I would wholeheartedly recommend Aimee and would not hesitate to see her again if I ever felt the need.
